They need to put a fence around the area where the atm machines so a person can't walk up on them, I live in Orlando fl I have been to different atm area and they don't look safe

TD bank of South Carolina sent a unqualified Appraiser to my home.The report he wrote was filled with glaring errors .When i contacted him to get them corrected he told me LIES about comparables in my area. I have since found out he had his license revoked in 2009.WHY TD??

I pay my credit card account. They reverse the payment charge me 200 interest on there error. Worst bank on the face of earth horrible customer service

It was so nice going into the Bangor Mall branch and having an associate announce to the entire bank loudly that my account was overdrawn. I was so humiliated and embarrassed. I have made several complaints, requesting for someone from corporate to contact me and no one has in 3 months since the incident.

My debit card was stolen and someone was able to withdraw $1300 in a 30 minute timeframe from my account that only had $124 in it andNOT have overdraft protection. NO-ONE from TD can explain how this happened.

called corporate office, was on the phone 5min. wo speaking to a real person, just got prompts to find out how they "could help me out w another loan" is this any way to run a coroporate office?

This bank is awful, customer service is nothin but red tape and calls on hold. I agree with the other reviews about traps to collect fees. If this is the 4th largest bank in the world, then we are dupes with no brains. These people are undereducated, unmotivated and unresponsive. If they were your doctor, you would be dead.

I had a problem with return funds for the gov. 4 calls 1 supervisor and on joke called davis I finally just closed out the account. I was told by supervisor as an answer to a question that they could do any thing inrelationship to. My accounts. I was told that I was dead per the va and that's that. I had to prove I was alive. She and the fool davis got it totally wrong. After 20 minutes on the phone I got a new customer SVS rep and. She fixed the issue in a 5minute call. Did you pay off for the money magazine reviews. My time is money your time is my money and blood pressure also. I guess even magazines can be wrong to.

Your reps at 281 w. 230 St Bx NY need to learn this I went in today to open an account 2 reps sat typing and not one made any attempt to assist me I waited and waited finally I walked out I guess that branch didn't need any new business

Every program is designed do customer will make a overdraft and the bank will charge you fees I payed $400 in fees this month. Closing all my accounts and starting to use different bank after 17 years

I am looking to take all my money and loan out of td bank. They made many errors on my loan and the outcome was I owed money even when I was giving an additional principal of $315 a month. They only credited it to my loan if they could read the check or deposit slip. Incompetent workers, uncaring managers, and the greatest runaround

They do not take responsibility on what they said and what they do. I had bad experience with TD BANK. I had a mortgage loan with them, then they gave such hard time. The loan officer does not know their bank's policy and procedures. We scheduled the closing date, they would notice you at last minute they need MORE TIME to prepare PAPER WORKS. Liars. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

TD Bank made a $115 mistake in my checking account that was never rectified. After starting to take $15.00 monthly fees out - because of either inactivity or not enough in the account - $50 was remaining. I wrote a check for the $50.00 to put into another account. I then received a letter from a credit agency, on behalf of TD Bank, indicating they wanted MY MONEY returned to them. That is more than ludicrous and appalling!!

Agents and attorneys ATTENTION do not do a short sale with TD bank,let it go. NIGHTMARE,no one can help you.For learning purpose I called the TD rep handeling the short sale for 56 days straight,left a message with loan # no return call ever,and never answers his extention. Love to work for TD bank,I can be lazy and incompetent and get paid.

Applied for a refi of my mortgage through TD Bank because TD Bank wouldn't subordinate the HELOC to the allow me to refinance my existing 6% 1st mortgage that's with another bank. Well, by holding the refinancing hostage, they sort of forced me to refi through them. Anyway, despite the conditions under which I was applying, I applied for the refinancing, was conditionally approved and told I had 5 days to look over my loan documents. Well I never received any loan documents. Now the 5 days are almost up, and I cannot get anyone in TD Bank's Lewiston Maine office to help me. This stinks!
